How to Add Your Honeybook Scheduler to Your Squarespace Website

As a busy business owner, you know the importance of automation. If there is one more step you can take out of your day, why not take advantage?

Honeybook is a fabulous CRM system that I personally use to keep my projects together and communicate with my clients. I also use it to schedule my consultations and meetings with my clients.

For my consultations, I have a calendar setup in Honeybook specifically for this type of meeting which I’ve then embedded into my website. This allows potential clients to view my availability and schedule their consultation at a time that fits their schedule.

This is particularly great for me because it cuts out all of the back and forth emails trying to find a day and time we are both available. And even better, I’m able to collect information I need from them prior to our meeting! How great is that?!

If you would like to add this neat trick to your website too, just follow these steps.

Step 1. Create a New Scheduling Session in Honeybook

  • In Honeybook head over to the "Calendar” section and create a new session or copy your link of an existing session by clicking the Copy Link button.

Step 2. Create the iFrame

  • Once you’ve copied your link for the calendar session that you want to embed, head over to https://frontendresource.com/iframe-generator/ to create your iFrame in just a couple clicks.

  • Paste your session URL that you copied from Honeybook in the iFrame URL box.

  • You can then set your width to 100% and set your height, 800px is a good setting. You can choose whether there is a scrollbar, but I prefer this off so all of the calendar displays without having to scroll. If you’d like a border around your scheduler, you can select this here as well.

  • Once this is all set, just select Generate My Code and copy the entire code that is generated below.

Generate your iFrame code.

Step 3. Add Your iFrame to Your Website

  • Head on back over to Squarespace and navigate to the page and section where you’d like to embed your scheduler.

  • Add a new block and select Embed and then edit.

  • Click Code Snippet and then select Embed data. This is where you will paste your iFrame code.

And there you go!

Now you have your branded Honeybook scheduler embedded into your website for easy scheduling. You can move your scheduler around on the page where you would like it displayed. You can also embed more than one scheduler if you have different sessions for different purposes, just follow these same steps.
